Yogyakarta after two months Merapi Eruption

Who does not know Yogyakarta? Yes, those towns are well known for the tourist’s objects. Yogyakarta is the beautiful town, in there famous or Kraton and Malioboro. Even Yogyakarta often represents one of towns which become target of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition).

Unfortunately, about two months merapi eruption, those towns surrounding merapi mountain must been effected by merapi eruption more than one month since 26 October 2010. As the result, beside snatching human as the victim and destroying their houses, it also gives negative impact to tourism sector in Yogyakarta.

Borobudur temple is the amazing represents notional pride of Indonesia also got impact of merapi eruption. Almost all part of this temple was covered by volcanic dust with high acid so this tourist object should be closed by traveler and tourist. 60 member of HPI ( tourist guide association of Indonesia ) become volunteers and assists to dust of volcanic in Borobudur temple. By holding this activity, it was expected that tourism in Yogyakarta regent to walk normally.

Tourism sector in Yogyakarta get into bad condition, but it doesn’t mean if tourist can not have traveling around Yogyakarta anymore. As we know that in there are still some tourist objects can be visited, such as parangtritis beach and prambanan temple.

It is true if the tragedy of merapi eruption who very dangerous and brings get impact toward bin Yogyakarta, but we must believe from this tragedy we will get the valuable lesson to be more tightening in our association and cooperation.

MY HOME

I come from one small town, who very luxurious about me. Although many person don’t same with me. But I don’t care about it. Who more important for me is where I live with my family. My home is favorite place. I come back to home in every weak. Because my parent request it. My family welcome with smile to me.  Although when I stay at home, I don’ have new activities who make me feel amazing, but my felt so happy. I always doing my general activities, like cooking every morning for my daughter to breakfast with my parent too, before go to school and go to work. After that I clean up all side I my home, than go to washing clothe. If all the work finish, it that time I go to bathroom.
I have aunt so love to me. When she hearing I come back to home, she always invite me to visiting her house. If I don’t come in her house, she always picks up me in my house. And she will sleep in my bedroom, before come to her house.
When I come to her house, my aunt always request to me to sleeping in her house. But every night when I sleep in there, I can’t sleep. I don’t now about my feat. I felt very afraid. And if was I feeling like that, I request to my brother to take me. Although my brother comes very late, I always stay in behind door to waiting him. And I go to home again.
If I arrive at home, I go to bedroom and go to sleep. Although my home don’t great like my aunt house, but I feel so comfortable in there.

A SPINACH SUP

This morning, me and my mother go to traditional market. We buy same vegetable. What Popeye’s eat is my vegetable favorite. So this morning my mother will buy a spinach. My mother will make a spinach sup.

After we buy all material’s to cooking, we go to where we live. We need 10 minute to arrive in the our house. Than we go to kitchen, we both cooking together.

After finish, we are breakfast together too. And I go to where I  get knowledge.

Where I study is UMS, in English department student of teacher training.

DINER IN MY BOARDING HOUSE

Every day me and  my friends fell confused when we will get dinner. And we have characteristic when choose the menu,,,

We step to get good menu,,,

·         It firs one of my friend call to all friend by phone, to come in the in form of TV room.

·         After we come together in the in form of TV room, we start to discuses the menu of our dinner.

·         We list the menu, than we write down in the small paper, we include in the glass.

·         Some body to be volunteer take of one paper, the paper who choose become the menu to night.

·         Some body to be volunteer go to buy the food.

·         The food come, we are eating together in form of TV room.
